HIV / AIDS Education via Music and Theater

We have worked in a few different capacities in support of HIV/AIDS groups. In 2003 working through our sister organization, Real World Foundation in alliance with Project Troubador and Centre Afrika Obota, Stuart Leigh produced a music video in Benin called J'ai Mes Raisons (de me proteger). This became an important element in the trainings and presentations that he subsequently did for the U.S. State Department's Speaker's Program in Benin, Niger, and Cameroon. Stuart has also worked as part of a troupe of performers in Cameroon doing musical theater pieces in schools and town squares to open discussions between audiences and health educators on the subject of HIV/AIDS prevention and care.
